Steps To Install Odin CTCL (Equity & Commodity)

Go to Odin Client (Multi User) Folder in CD.

Go to the Odin Client Full Setup Folder Then double click on CLIENT Setup 10X.exe and follow the given steps:

• Click on Next button, then then a window of User Information will be displayed as below.

Enter Live Manager IP Adress ( Local for LAN and VSAT Clients, Public for WAN Clients ) as below.

• A new window will be appear for Installation of “ Microsoft Visual C++ 2005”

Go to Odin Client (Multi User) Folder.

Go to the Reports Folder – Dlls – disk 1 – then double click on SETUP.EXE

Go to Sysdll Folder--Disk 1—then double click on SETUP.EXE

Go to Client Patch folder Run the both Setup files:

CLIENT32EXE_10X_NOV_SP09.exe

CLIENT32PDB_10X_NOV_SP09.exe

Go to “ODIN REGISTRY_New”

Run the RMONEY_32 bit.reg or RMONEY_64 bit.reg

Step_14 : Open ftp://202.91.88.84

User Name : common

Password : 123456

Go to ---RMS—ftp diet (latest date) copy to Desktop and copy all files and paste into MASTERS folder.

Then Login your ID and enjoy trading.

Now open ODIN Client 10.0.0.2 shortcut from your desktop. Click on Login icon or Click on File Login. Type your User code & Password. Then click on OK.

Wait for few seconds till Download statistics running.

Click on Market Market Watch or Press F4 key from your keyboard.

Select the Exchange and Scrip Name and Month then Press Enter.

Add all scrips which you want to add in market watch

To save Portfolio:- Right Click on Market watch Screen, click on Save Portfolio. Type any Portfolio Name then click on OK.

S. NO. ERROR MESSAGE SOLUTION

1. Connection Busy Error Check internet connection, Remove internet Security (If any installed), Turn off windows firewall from control panel, Run registry file RMONEY_32 bit.reg or RMONEY_64 bit.reg according to windows bit.

2. Login Password Incorrect (Logon to Server) Type your correct User Code & Password.

3. Number of failed logon attempt Logon to server (contact to administrator.)

Go to Login window and click on Forgot Password link then put your user id and registered Email id & click on Submit, now password has been sent to your Email/SMS.

4. System Error (10054) received stream. Your Odin Version is wrong, Update latest Odin patch.

5. Login process did not complete. 1. This issue mostly comes in windows Vista and Window 7. Please follow the instruction given in file in installation folder Windows Vista and 7 setting for odin.doc

2. Go to control panel User Account change user account control settings pull the scroll at last bottom on never notify.

3. Turn off windows firewall service and disable it. 4. Restart the system then check.

6. Rate not displayed/update Remove internet Security (If any installed), Turn off windows firewall from control panel, or Run Registry file according to Windows bit.

7. User Suspended Your user id has been closed from RMS. Contact to your Sales Person or RMS.

8. The attempt to connect to the server failed. Go to “ODIN REGISTRY_New” Run the RMONEY_32 bit.reg or RMONEY_64 bit.reg

9. This application has a failed to start because odin6docomm.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Update the latest Patch and Update Masters folder(Scrip files) after that login your Id.

10 This application has a failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect . Reinstalling the application may be fix this problem.

Open Odin Diet (Single User) Folder and run the file sysdll-2.exe

11. Login process did not complete. 1. Go to control panel User Account Change user account control settings pull the scroll at last bottom on never notify.

2. Turn off windows firewall service and disable it. 3. Restart the system then check. 4. Or follow the instruction of “Windows Vista and 7 setting for odin file”

12 Attempting to use Diet/Client login from incompatible Software. Login not allowed.

If you are login multi id on Odin Diet or Single id on odin Client this error will come.

13. Script not found Update MAS files from ftp://202.91.88.84 User name: common Password: 123456 Rms ftp diet folder (according to trading permission and latest date).

14. Portfolio Not available Create new portfolio.
