Response to Planning Board Comments• We seek to respond to feedback from the Planning Board meeting
on June 11th, which includes:
– Sharing output of conversation with Town Engineer, John Thompson, regarding traffic related considerations
• VAI is recommending additional traffic considerations in response to this conversation
– Share specific responses to Site Plan comments

Site Plan Responses• Added a landscape buffer and white PVC board fence along
southerly and westerly property lines• Fencing has been updated to white PVC board fence throughout the
site plan (i.e. including around the perimeter of the playground)• Submitted new lighting cutsheets for parking area fixtures that are
dark sky compliant• Stone facing Versalock wall has been set forth (cutsheet submitted)• Enhanced screening (plantings and 6’ white fence) for dumpster and
transformer along Blue Hill Avenue • Added signage and pavement markings regarding Atherton Street
and potential fire station cut-through• Modified parent parking procedure re “No Parking on Atherton
Street” – note that distance to the front door makes this less convenient than parking within the site
