The Story of the “Troll’s Curse”Once upon a time there lived a princess. She lived happily in her
castle, and all the people adored her. But one day, an angry Troll came to town and accused the princess of stealing his magical recipe book. Well all of the town’s people were shocked as was the princess herself. She knew she hadn’t done what this creature had accused her of.
Well, the troll immediately put a curse on her and ran back into the dark woods from whence he came. He made her words all come out backwards and no one could understand her. This was obviously a problem. The Princess couldn’t go around talking backwards! A few days later the King sent for the Troll to seek help and forgiveness.
The Troll came and when asked if there was any way to reverse this terrible curse he responded, “I have 15 riddles for you. If you and your townspeople are smart enough to answer 10 correctly, your Princess will be ok and back to her old self.” And then the Troll was gone again. Can the Princess be fixed in time before it becomes permanent? It’s up to you.
