• Use Microsoft word Chinese version

• Print on acid free self-adhesive archival labels

Why to have pinyin on the side?

• For shelving purpose

• Follow the rule of pinyin application

How to prepare the title labels?

• Create a master reference file with number of labels to be printed

• Create a master file for printing the labels
