MOU between NRNA, CFFN and GON to delineate NRNA/CFFN role. GON provides endorsement and official backing to the efforts of the proponent team

The Proponent team prepares ideas on what support can be mobilized from outside and prepares a business plan

The proponent team reaches out to potential international donors, Diaspora donors, and Nepal-based supporters for initial seed money

Work with GON/OUN towards content development and implementation. Hire an external international and domestic consultant to prepare a comprehensive business plan

NRNA ICC accepted this initiative as one of its programs within and through SKIE
