A AAPB nasce em 2OO1, impuls ionada pela inovação e vanguarda na concepção de pro jec tos de arqui tec tura. Actualmente é uma empresa mul t i facetada com uma vasta exper iênc ia na área da arqui tec tura e urbanismo.O presente por t fó l io pre tende dar uma amost ra dessas exper iênc ias que, em di fe ren tes c i rcunstâncias e com di fe ren tes graus de desen-vo lv imento, podem ser apresentadas como s in tomát icas do conheci-mento e act iv idade desenvolv idas. Desta forma é de realçar pro jec tos de e levada complex idade e programat icamente d i fe renciados, como “LOTE A”, em V i la Nova de Gaia, ou a “Tor re Luanda O1”.Ao n íve l do urbanismo é de realçar o edi f íc io Gaiar t ’s como um pro-jec to de e levada complex idade programát ica, em que o desenvolv im-ento da ide ia in ic ia l de pro jec to é ind issociáve l dos desaf ios que os processos de comerc ia l ização e l icenciamento proporc ionaram. Es te pro jec to encont ra-se em fase de const rução.Os P lanos de Pormenor ev idenciam igualmente a matur idade e abrangência do conhecimento técn ico da AAPB ao n íve l do urbanismo. Os concursos ev idenciam, igualmente, uma abordagem di fe renciada e inovadora face a programas de complex idade, d imensão e, pr inc ipal-mente, cu l tu ras comple tamente d is t in tas.A AAPB, c ien te dos desaf ios pro f iss ionais do meio em que se insere, propõe uma abordagem prof iss ional d ivers i f icada, cent rada nos req-u is i tos do pro jec to, majorados pela capacidade e conhecimentos dos seus colaboradores.Todos os pro jec tos permi t i ram um crescimento sus ten táve l e en-r iquecedor do capi ta l de conhecimento técn ico dos recursos da AAPB ass im como permi t i ram aumentar a ambição com que se in ic ia cada pro jec to.

Our por t fo l io demonst ra tes our exper iences that in d i f fe ren t c i rcum-stances, and wi th d i f fe ren t degrees of development , can be presented as symptomat ic o f the acqui red knowledge and act iv i t ies. Such pro j -ects inc lude “LOTE A“ in V i la Nova de Gaia and “Tor re Luanda O1” high l igh t ing the i r soar ing complex i ty programmable d i f fe rences.

Concern ing urbanism, the Gaiar ts bu i ld ing was of e levated complex i ty in te rms of programmabi l i ty in which the development o f the in i t ia l pro j-ec t idea was in d issociable o f fu r ther l icens ing and commerc ia l iza t ion processes. The Gaiar ts bu i ld ing is cur ren t ly under const ruc t ion.

Deta i led p lans va l idate the matur i ty and scope of technical knowledge avai lable to AAPB on the top ic o f urbanism. Theses compet i t ions show an innovat ive and d i f fe ren t ia ted approach to o therwise complex issues invo lv ing s ize and in par t icu lar, cu l tu ra l d i f fe rences.

Exper ienced in the chal lenges that may ar ise, AAPB presents a pro-fess ional and d ivers i f ied approach cent red on the requi rements o f the pro jec t , led by the unders tanding and knowledge of i ts co l laborators.

These pro jec ts insured sus ta inable growth and an enr iched sense of the knowledge to AAPB’s technical resources and has led to greater ambi t ion a t the opening of new pro jec ts .
