It is our survival. Our manna, our daily breath and in turn has become habit. A habit we abuse, misuse, and allow to slide past our tastebuds without experiencing. Food is not meant to be tasted but felt. A glance at a dish should transport us, enrapture our senses and bind each spoonful to a memory of which our soul needs refreshing.
