Collaboration with overseas IXP

As in the case of "K- Opticom" introduced, Domestic ISPs are requesting to connect to IX overseas themselves.For quality improvement (POP number reduction / delay prevention)and cost reduction (vs transit cost).

Respond to customer's request: Good communication with popular sites : Additional cost is difficult

Background: Desired peering partner does not exist in Japan: A case where an international transit provider is not effective
