HOSTEL AND LIVING EXPENSES
Hostel accommodation is available at the NAC campus itself. Women
students granted admissions are housed separately. The hostel rent is
approximately INR 3000/- per month and food cost is approximately
INR 3600/- per month.

INTRODUCTION ABOUT INSTITUTE:
To ensure the industry a better quality of personnel, the National Academy
of Construction launched Post Graduate Diploma programmes in
collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (with
36 weeks classroom study and 8 weeks of industry exposure training)
and it has successfully completed 16 batches in different disciplines
and many of them are placed comfortably in the most reputed companies.
NAC has been spearheading construction industry and maintaining an
undisputable position by continuous industry scanning and envisioning the
industry needs in the times to come which can be seen from the training
programmes conducted and the National Academy of Construction is
reaching the nooks and corners of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other
states in India and also beyond the Indian shores as can be seen from the
trainees coming from South Africa, Afghanistan. It has also provided
training to trainees for Assam, Punjab, Meghalaya, Chhattisgarh, and
Rajasthan in addition to placing them successfully on completing training.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
All eligible candidates are invited to undergo the selection procedure whichcomprises the following:

All applications for admission are scrutinized and eligibility established on the basis of documents submitted.
Written Test- Test covers Technical, Analytical, Quantitative and PsychologicalAbilities and English languageGroup Discussion (GD)Personal Interview (PI)
The schedule of payment of fees is given below:
The total course fee is INR 1,50,000 + GST

National Academy of Construction was established in September 1998 by
the state Government as a 'Society' and incorporated as 'Public Charitable'
Institute. It is managed by a board of governors represented by the best of
Academic, Industry, Professional Organization, Senior Bureacrats. The
Hon'ble Chief Minister of Telangana State is the Chairman, The Hon'ble
minister for Roads & Buildings and the Chief Secretary is the Vice Chairman.
NAC Campus is spread over 46.6 acres of prime land in the Hitech City
area under Cyberabad.
Since its inception, National Academy of Construction has taken up the
initiative to improve the efficiency, productivity and quality of the personnel
in construction field through training, education.
A. Tuition fee: Rs.1,20,000 payable in three installments
a) 1st Installment : INR 45,000 + GST as applicable is payable
on or before 30th June, 2018
b) 2nd Installment : INR 45,000 + GST as applicable is payable
on or before31st October, 2018
c) 3rd Installment : INR 30,000 + GST as applicable is payable
on or before 20th December, 2018
B. Other fee: Rs.30,000 per candidate towards University fees,
Examination fees, Library fees, seminar fees, etc. GST will be
charged as per rules and is payable along with 1st Installment.
Note: Academy will provide accommodation to students in a hostel located
in NAC campus on payment basis.
