Accessing Performance Evaluation
Note: Works best using Mozilla Firefox or Google
Chrome browsers.
Step 1: Go to https://myuk.uky.edu/irj/portal and sign in using LinkBlue credentials. (Example 1).

Step 2: Click on Performance Management or Performance Goals and Evaluations if available.
(Example 2). Note: Skip step 3 if Performance Goals and Evaluations is available.

Step 3: Select Performance Goals and Evaluations. (Example 2 or Example 3).

Step 4: Allow pop ups from UK website if needed. Use Example 4 and Example 5 if using Google
Chrome. Use Example 6 and Example 7 if using Mozilla Firefox.

Step 5: Once pop ups are allowed, click on Performance Goals and Evaluations again. (Example 2)
Step 6: A new window will display. Select Employee Self Evaluation under To Do. (Example 8). This will
begin your Employee Evaluation. (Example 9).
