Accountability can be taught and learned. Improving on my accountability is easier than I think. It all starts with the mindset. The Five Keys are No Fault Guilt or Blame, 100/0 Mindset, Self-empowerment, Result vs. Task and Clear Agreements

A laser sharp focus on results makes all the difference.

Some call this seeing the big picture. Focusing on results is knowing that the next action I take will have an impact, so lets get it right.

Improved Definitions Responsibility (The before phase)

A before-the-fact-mindset of personal ownership and commitment to a result.

Self-Empowerment (The during phase)Taking action and risk to ensure the achievement of the result.

Accountability (The after phase)A personal willingness after-the-fact to answer for results produced.

With a new language we each understand that there is both taking responsibility, answering for what I did or did not accomplish and somewhere along the way I need to take a chance and do something different.

Clear Agreements

Be clear. Then write it down to be sure you are clear. Make sure you talk about why we are doing what

we are doing, WIIFM,WIIFY, WIIFU.Be clear about the actions. GET CLEAR SO YOU CAN OWN IT 100%.

Look for opportunities to be more accountable.

Am I 100% accountable for everything?

No. We all have to pick and choose.

But…Once you are in, be all in (100%),everything gets easier, success comes faster.
