A module that is based on 3 classes. This part of the course will focus on how numbers are applied to time, dates and money. A topic that is often

ignored it will have a large concentration on pronunciation.

Diary management is key to this module and it’s based on 2 classes. This module will allow you to organise meetings with client’s, it has a real focus on pronunciation.

This module is based on 2 classes and has a focus on the interpretation of graphs and statistics in English as a second language. It’s a challenging module and will require at least 2 extra hours of study outside of a classroom environment.

Graphs

Telephone training is a step by step guide to using the telephone and is based on one class. Materials and plenty of role play tasks which are recorded will help you to gain perspective on this topic. You should practice for at least 2 hours outside of a classroom environment.

Our presentation module provides you with formats and interactive role play scenarios which really challenge you. Based on 1 class you will be required to study for at least 2 hours outside of a classroom environment.

A module based on recording information, effective for listening and comprehension skills, it will focus on understanding. You will be expected to listen to business conversations and answer questions. An

extra 2 hours of study time is recommended.
