Scoring◆ Test scores range from

1 to 36.◆ English, math, and

reading tests also have a subscore.◆ Subscores range from 1

to 18.

◆ Composite Score = average of all 4 tests.

Writing Test (Optional)◆ Students may also take

a writing test.◆ Writing score ranges

from 2 to 12.◆ Combined

writing/English score from 1 to 36.◆ Writing score does not

affect the composite score.
