Long-term Goals
1. Implement science inquiry research in secondary schools
2. Institutionalize management of science fairs and science programs for secondary schools in regional and national levels
3. Increase the number of students participating in science fairs by 100% within 3 years
4. Increase the number of students participating in international science fairs
5. Broaden the support base to include private, universities, corporate, and others
6. Establish pilot projects to embed research in secondary school curriculum
7. Establish another ISEF affiliated fair

Short-term Goals
1. Establish a bank of mentors from research centers and universities
2. Scale up the existing fair3. Empower and improve scientific review and judging
capacity to meet ISEF standards4. Establish training for teachers in conducting research5. Develop and strengthening cooperation between
involving parties (ministries, universities, and research centers)
6. Establish “summer” internship research program
