Add a Faculty/Staff Profile to Profile Listing and Update (Updated 10/1/19)

a. (1) Navigate to “/people” folder within your department in the /dept folder. (2) Double-click on

“faculty.html” (or staff.html) page. This is the profile listing page where each professor/staff member is displayed as a list on the page.

b. Select “Lock for Editing”

c. Select “Add Content”

d. Select “Edit Content” of faculty’s container you just added.

e. Ensure correct folder/host is selected. This will be the most precise sub-folder where the content will be on the site. For profiles, this will be your specific department folder: i.e. /academics/dept/sociology

f. Edit content as needed (i.e. write/paste in bio, update link, add fields, education, etc.).

g. Save and Publish (automatically releases lock)
