Adobe Discontinues Flash

•  AspreviouslyannouncedbyAdobeinJuly2017,AdobewillstopsupportingFlashPlayerafterDecember31,2020(“EOLDate”).

•  Tohelpsecureusers’systems,AdobewillblockFlashcontentfromrunninginFlashPlayerbeginningJanuary12,2021.

•  AdobedoesnotintendtoissueFlashPlayerupdatesorsecuritypatchesaftertheEOLDate.

•  AdobestronglyrecommendsthatallusersuninstallFlashPlayerimmediately.

What this means for LeadMaster Users •  IfyouuseversionAPP3orAPP4thereisnoimpact.

•  IfyouusetheClassicversionyourchartswillnolongerworkafterJan1,2021.LeadMasterrecommendsupdatingtoanewerversionoftheLeadMasterAPP,thereisnocost–seetheinstructions‘ForClassicUsers(1998version)’.

•  IfyouusetheAPPorAPP2versionyoumayneedtotakeaction.Checkyouraccountsettingstodetermineifactionisrequired:•  Select-MyAccount/OtherSettings/ChartPresentation

•  Ifthisissetto‘Non-FlashCharts’noactionisnecessary.

•  Ifthisissetto‘FlashCharts’youwillneedtochangethesettingin‘MyAccount’to‘Non-Flash’charts.Logout/loginandyoushouldseeyourchartswithoutflash.Nootherchangesarenecessary.

•  IfyouwanttouseamorerecentversionoftheAPP,pleasecontactyourLeadMasterRepresentativeforassistance.
