HOW TO INVITE YOUR TEAM?

INVITE AGENT

Click on “Add Agent” to add another sales agent in your team.

Fill the name, email and mobile number of your team member to send an invitation.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SALES TEAM?

CUSTOMER CHECK-INS

You or Your sales team can update your current location and name of the customer you are attending to.

You can click on their name from this drop down to track them and to find out which customer they are with.

TRACK AGENT STATUS & LOCATION

YOU HAVE CHECKED-IN

Your location and customer details will be updated.

HOW TO ADD CUSTOMERS?

Click on “Add Customer” in your “My Customer” page.

ADD CUSTOMER

Fill the name, email, mobile no and source of lead to add customer to your database.

FILL CUSTOMER FORM

You can also import customers from your phonebook by clicking on the name in my phonebook.

IMPORT CONTACT

In the customers page, you can add property requirements by clicking on the “+” sign.

ADD REQUIREMENTS

HOW TO MESSAGE (SMS/LIVE CHAT) YOUR

CUSTOMER?

You can send all your messages to customers through “SMS” in My Messages.

SMS YOUR CUSTOMER

You can respond to chat request from your website through “Live Chat”.

CHAT LIVE WITH CUSTOMERS

All messages will be stored for your reference later.

HOW TO ADD ALL YOUR PROPERTIES?

Click on “Add Property” under “My Property”.

UPLOAD PROPERTY FOR INDIA

Choose between resale, rental or new projects before you can proceed.

SELECT PROPERTY TYPE FOR INDIA

Click on add property6 under “My Properties”

Choose between resale, rental before you can proceed.

HOW TO SET APPOINTMENTS AND

REMINDERS?

Select “Appointment” option in any customer page.

SELECT APPOINTMENT

Add your next activity with the customer along with the date of appointment.

SAVE APPOINTMENT

You can view the next activity again in “Appointment” option in the customer page.

NEXT ACTIVITY DETAILS

Enter update on your current activity with the customer.

UPDATE ACTIVITY
