Main objects

• Getting acquainted with the Jewish heritage and the Biblical story in an adventure way

• Reinforcing the kindergarten children connection with their country.

• Reinforcing the relationship between parents and their children.

• Developing musical skills.• Acknowledgment with the different characters of the

natural materials• Developing creativity.

The children gathered together and decided

to write a song about Rebecca and the jar

Every child prepared his ”Yitzhak cloak ”

The children met their parents at the beginning of the workshop wearing their

”Yitzhak cloaks”

At the beginning of the workshop

the children performed their

“Jar song”

They organized the way the

orchestra played by themselves

The bells activity“We created sheep and wind bells like in the

old times”

The parents and the children wrote a song

about the sheep’s bell

and performed it.

The rattles activityThe children and the parents used sea shells, sand and little rocks to create the rattles.

The musical jewelry of the girls near the wellOn a piece of cloth we thread all kind of natural materials and it became a musical instrument

We performed in front of every body with our

Israel is beautiful and

Holy.

Thanks God for his blessing and for giving us our country

Here we will raise our sweet children

Here we grew up and it is fun for our children in “Parpar Nechmad” kindergarten

The pottery

“We created jars and pottery boards and decorated them with words from the Bible. The students from the west Galilee college helped us”

Translation:

The pottery is in the hut and on the mountain

We can do every thing with the pottery

We work with it

We enjoy it

It is wonderful

The drums We put leather on the jars and on cardboard rolls

and we prepared drums

The drums were painted with all kind of colors including Henna colors

Going out to the meadow

We meet near the well to give sweet water to our camels and sheep

The parents tied the bamboo with a rope

Translation:

We, the people of Israel left Egypt

played the flute in the desert , hoping for better life!

The end of the workshop: all the instruments are near the well

The children used their musical instrument in every day activities

“The voices of the well”The children analyzed their music and found 10 parts in it. They

showed the structure of the melody by drawing.They made the same picture when the music was the same.
