Candy is so sweet

Lots and lots of people

Eat it as a treat

DdD is for DOG

Dogs are very loyal

They’re mans’ best friend

They love you ‘til the end

EeE is for Elephant

Elephants are very big

The only time I see them small

Is when I’m in the mall

FfF is for FISH

I am a fish.You usually find me in a lake,But you sometimes you find me on a dish.

GgG is for GAME

Some are played on boards

You can play them outdoors

Or inside on floors!

HhH is for HAND

You can bury me in the sand

And without me you couldn’t play in the band

IiI is for IGLOO

They’re made of ice

And sometimes mixed with snow

You won’t find them most places that you go

JjJ is for JET

They are very big

They are very fast

One thing that I know about them

Is that they’re much bigger than a twig

KkK is for KITE

Kites fly up in the sky

Sometimes they fly low

And sometimes they fly high

LlL is for LAMB

They are herded by a shepherd

(At least that’s what I’ve heard)

MmM is for MOUSE

Mice are eaten by cats

And also by bats

NnN is for NEEDLE

They help today’s people sew

Just like the people from a long time ago

OoO is for OMELET

They are made out of eggs

Don’t give them to your dog

Unless he begs

PpP is for PENCIL

If you are tracing a stencil

You might want to use a pencil

QqQ is for QUAIL

You might wail

If you get bitten by a quail

RrR is for RABBIT

Rabbits don’t have to be taught

To hop a lot

SsS is for SAND

It’s found on the beach

Building a castle

Is not beyond reach

TtT is for TICK

It’s an annoying bug

That lives on you

But doesn’t live on a rug

UuU is for UNICYCLE

A unicycle’s a bike

with only one wheel

Some of them are red,

and some of them are teal

VvV is for VIOLIN

It’s an instrument with strings

If you buy one that’s been used

It will probably have a few dings

WwW is for WALRUS

Walruses have big tusks

And They don’t look anything like mollusks

XxX is for XYLOPHONE

They are played in a band

You can play it with your left hand

Or you can play it with your right hand

YyY is for YO-YO

A yo-yo is a toy for all ages

Some people do this for their day’s wages

ZzZ is for ZEBRA

With very few types,

Zebra’s are animals with stripes
