Any of the following navigation methods can be used in lieu of what was displayed in the Video Demonstration

You have the ability to access Documents from the TMS Shipments results screen.

Right click on the TMS Shipment ID link

Select the Documents option

The Document page will appear

Right click on the desired Document ID

Note: Labels can only be accessed one at a time

Once the desired Document ID is selected, SmartLinks will appear

Select the option for View Content

After View Content has been selected from the SmartLinks drop-down, you will be able to view and print the label associated with the selected Document ID

Select the Printer Icon located below to print the Label.

Note: If the bar located below disappears, you can move your mouse back to that area of the screen and it will bring the bar back into view.

After the Label has been printed, Click the X to close the window

You will be returned to the Document page

From this screen, steps in Slides 4 through 7 can be repeated to print the remaining labels

Printing Labels – Another Alternative From the Document page, you also have the option of placing a checkmark next to the Document ID of the label you would like to print and Click View Content

Note: Labels can only be viewed and printed one at a time using this method. Printing the label and exiting the label would be the same as in the previous scenario.
