In this calendar you will find panorama photos which I took during expedi-tion TAURUS 2014 to the beautiful Turkish cave ALTINBESIK. This isa unique way of visualization of the cave environment. The basis is creatinga 360 degrees virtual tour and its consequent transformation into 2D for printing. To obtain one suchimage I had to take a minimum of 20 high quality shots from one spot and then combine them usinga special software. During the shoot I utilized several assistants operating radio fired flashes.

We conduct long term investigation in the Altinbesik Cave. Thanks toour investigation the cave and its surrounds were declared a National

Park. Our cave divers discovered many kilometers of new passages, whenwe first came to the cave it was only hundreds meters long, now the total known passages exceed4,2 kilometers. Our Czech speleo club GEOSPELEOS from Prague cooperates with the Turkishspeleo club ASPEG from Istanbul.
