Modeled a Small signal model & extracted parameter of AlGaAs-GaAs HEMT withfrequency range of 0.4GHz to 18 GHz.

Extracted 15 extrinsic & intrinsic parameter of AlGaAs/GaAs HEMT with 133 different setsof frequency of Ultra Low Noise HEMT.
