We at TBPL strongly believe in Ayn Rand’s quote
stating “I don't build in order to have clients. I
have clients in order to build!”. During these years
we have proved ourselves to be the No. 1 builder
in Thrissur, maintaining the best of building
standards in our projects. This has resulted in
company’s growth in terms of sales and achieving
a client base of 1700 plus families. We feel proud
to mention that it’s our existing customers, our
TBPL family members, whose demand encourage
us to come up with new projects in different
segments.
Like other builders, we were also anxious about
the after effects of the natural disaster that Kerala
experienced in the month of Aug’18. TBPL wants
to share the fact that fortunately, our company
continued to maintain the same level of demand
for our projects in spite of this disaster and
recorded a good number of sales in the month of
Sep’18.
We hope that with continuous support,
encouragement and suggestion from our valuable
TBPL family members, we would be able to
achieve our goal of continuing our position as the
No. 1 builder in Thrissur.
“WE CARE OUR CUSTOMERS, THEY BRING MORE AND MORE”
Er.K.A. Padmakumar (BE,MIE,C Er.)
We once again thank you for extending your
Warm greetings to everyone on this festive season!

WHY Thrissur & Guruvayur for investing
in real estate sector?
The name Thrissur (Thrishiva Perur) is derived from “Thiru-Shiva-Perur” which translates to “The City with the
name of the Lord Siva” later came to be known by its shorter form - Thrissur- in central Kerala has in its credentials
as one of the most potential markets for retail trade in gold and Allopathic medicines- now, real estate, textiles,
etc., and Information Technology are catching up- besides its huge scope as a tourist attraction. It is the fourth
largest city and the third largest urban agglomeration in Kerala and the 20th in India.
Undoubtedly, it is the cultural capital of Kerala, deservedly so because of not only the world renowned Thrissur
Pooram – a crowd-puller not in hundreds and thousands, but millions- but also its pride of place as one of the
cradles of Malayalam literature, the seat of cultural institutions of repute and glory like Kalamandalam, Sahithya
Academy, etc., and equally significant academic institutions that have given birth to many distinguished
personalities.
Couple this with quite a number of churches and their unique mural paintings, carvings and sculptures, temples
and their Kerala-style architecture, featuring gabled roofs and dormer windows, Cheraman Masjid, the first
mosque of Kerala. In addition a rare art form like Pulikkali, introduced by Maharaja Rama Varma Shakthan
Thampuran of Cochin (on the fourth day of Onam festival, celebrated with all fervour, enthusiasm and fun by all
Malayalis, spread across the world, irrespective of religion, creed, faith and caste), wherein human beings paint
themselves in the ‘stripes’ of tigers and dance with rhythmic precision to the percussion magic that reverberates
loud and clear all the way across the length and breadth of the city, then historical structures like Shakthan
Tampuran Palace and museums which speak volumes of the past by their very presence and natural sites
like Vilangan Hills that holds you spell-bound by way of its diversions and the panoramic beauty of the whole city
that it offers from the summit. All these make Thrissur a beautiful place to live rest of your life.
The secular character of Thrissur is well perceived in the preparations and conduct of Thrissur Pooram, to an
extent, is also echoed in the role played by other communities for the overall enhancement of the communal
harmony in this exquisite town of Thrissur. This is the major attraction for NRI and NRK population to choose
Thrissur as their Home.
It is not the beauty of the building you should look at ; it’s the
construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time-
David Alan Coe
Whether you are in the dawn of your family life or in the early evening of your life Thrissur is the ideal place to settle down
since this town provides all that everyone wants, desires and dream. This is the place for good education, great tradition,
wonderful culture and futuristic investment.Thrissur is connected to rest of the country and the world through rail links at
Thrissur and international airport just 52 kilometres away at Nedumbassery. This too makes Thrissur an attractive place to
settle down.
Guruvayur, the world renowned temple town, the abode of Lord Guruvayoorappan adds cultural value to the town of
Thrissur. It’s situated a mere 26 km from Thrissur and well connected by road and rail.
Make a right choice, invest in a home in Thrissur and remember your investment is for generations to enjoy the
cultural unity from its diversity.

NEWS UPDATES
Real estate transactions, enquiries by NRIs on the rise as rupee depreciates https://www.livemint.com/Money/DV8XBYd6bZGzJOrFwyKh5J/Real-estate-transactions-enquiries-by-NRIs-on-the-rise-as-r.html The depreciation has put more rupees in NRIs’ hands, making properties cheaper for them than they were earlier. As a result, there is an improvement in both enquiries and transactions by NRI in the real estate sector. “The charms to own a property back in their country of origin makes NRIs consider real estate as an option.
Real Estate developers turn to IoT, Artificial Intelligence to woo home buyers https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/services/property-/-cstruction/real-estate-developers-turn-to-iot-artificial-intelligence-to-woo-home-buyers/articleshow/66113488.cms Developers are warming up to the idea of incorporating home automation products to their offering, a late addition to the
standard amenities list so far. Given the cost factor, developers refrained from deploying these products earlier. A huge
reduction in technology and deployment costs has been a clincher. “Real estate today is no longer confined to a brick-and-
mortar structure with developers constantly looking for ways to offer value to their customers. It has evolved into creating a
healthy environment for people to live, work and play, thereby improving the health and quality of life of households around
the world,” said Shishir Baijal, CMD, Knight Frank India.
RBI’s status quo brings cheer for real estate developers https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/rbis-status-quo-brings-cheer-for-real-estate-developers/articleshow/66088483.cms Real estate developers heaved a sigh of relief after the RBI kept key policy rates unchanged and said any hike in the interest rate would have affected housing demand during the upcoming festival season.
Real estate sector to chart new growth story, will grow 35% annually in next 5 years: Niranjan Hiranandani https://www.livemint.com/Money/gRuyR73tqaJsmOXxy17gFN/Real-estate-sector-to-chart-new-growth-story-will-grow-35.html Those who will look in the right direction will move into a new segment and see a growth story of 35% compounded increase
in business per year for the next five years. If we grow that much, we will achieve a part of the prime minister target (Housing
for All by 2022). The prime minister wanted it (the real estate sector) to grow at 60% per annum to achieve his target. Growth
is there—whether it’s 35% or 60% is the only issue.
