Guarantee for Contract ServicesFor contract positions, Accounting Principals offers clients an 8-hour guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you will not be charged for the first 8 hours worked. We request that you inform us within 24 hours if there is an issue with an associate.
Direct Hire PricingOur fee for positions filled by Accounting Principals would be XX% of the candidate’s first year’s salary inclusive of the value of any additional guaranteed compensation.
Direct Hire GuaranteeWe guarantee our direct hire placements for 90 days. Should the employee resign or be terminated for cause within 90 days, we will locate an acceptable replacement at no additional fee. This guarantee does not include circumstances such as lay-offs or changes in job description.

This was the largest implementation of SAP payroll in North America. We staffed the project with accounting candidates that were able to analyze and investigate the differences between the systems. We also staffed employees for technical writing and backfilling ongoing accounting positions. Some of our employees remained on this project for over two years.
