Develop:

• Clear and consistent language throughout the book• Increase readability (maintain enforceability)

• Broad and identical categories for each species• Started this process with trout and warmwater

• New layout, format, packaging

• Clear /concise web version, for frequently changing fisheries

• Multiyear book lined up with a public process
