1. MAIN OBJECTIVES
To develop the Mobility Portal as a main instrument to facilitate mobility opportunities
To shorten the steps between movers and host organisations looking for better identification, better information and opportunities both for movers and for hosts.
To deeper involve research institutes and companies in the mobility framework
To start a mobility framework for movers from vocational and lifelong learning origin
To develop and facilitate information resources for movers and best practices for receiving institutions.

3. Report on the efficacy of the mobility portal Efficacy of the Mobility Portal was tested by the
WP3 core group, assessment by group testing and validation by stakeholders
Questions that were suggested by the wp3 core members were the following: 1. The appearance of the portal 2. What do you expect from it? 3. Content (accuracy, completion) 4. What is lacking? 5. Usability 6. Other suggestions

3. Report on the efficacy of the mobility portal Conclusions
- Good tool, appreciated by users - Recommendation to advertise it to the general public (interested in mobility in aquaculture, fisheries and aquatic science training) - Stakeholders would like to see more detailed identification of the type of placement (academic, research, industry) and more industry placements on the map. - Recommendation to have direct links from a location on the map, to its institution website - Recommendation to provide more information about Mobility issues on the portal - Recommendation to add links to useful websites

2. RESULTS (5) 4. Report on the Best Practice Recommendations
The work on this subject has resulted in three different outputs: a) Best Practice Recommendations, split in - Recommendations for institutions - Recommendations for students - Recommendations for companies b) Mobility guide A second version (after a first version issued in Aqua-tnet-1 of the guide for student mobility) c) List of useful links related to mobility (EU webs, funding, regulations).

Use: To facilitate the mobility once decided,
for both movers and hosts

5. Report on the modified Mobility Portal
A number of changes were made on the first version of the Mobility Portal, but other changes were suggested by WP3 members. Among them: - Introduce as many links as possible, instead of texts (see Portal) - New searching options could be included with elements such as acronyms, arrays of words or include refining searches - Introduce instructions to include, modify or divert information, even for new members, especially for companies.

6. Second version Mobility Portal
For the future version, some recommendations are made: a) Include Virtual Mobility by expanding the information available
to online courses b) Include in the map companies that are able to receive students
or movers c) Include a key-word list that partners can adopt and that can be
searched through the Portal
