WHAT IS TITLE I?Conley Hills Elementary School is identified

as a Title 1 school as part of the Elementary

and Secondary Education Act of 1965

(ESEA). Title I is a federal grant that was

designed to ensure that all children receive a

high quality education and reach grade level

proficiency. Title I programs must be based

on effective means of improving student

achievement and include strategies to

support parental involvement.

WHAT IS OUR SCHOOL’S DESIGNATION STATUS?

• Our 2015 CCRPI score was 80.2. Additional

information about the CCRPI may be located

• Conley Hills’s CCRPI score increased from

73.5 in 2014 to 80.2 in 2015. We also showed

gains in challenge points.

• Conley Hills Elementary School is considered

to be a Reward School!

• Distinguished Title 1 School for the past 10 years

Under the 2015 renewal of Georgia's

ESEA flexibility waiver, certain

the use of the college and career

ready performance index (CCRPI)

as the comprehensive report card for

all schools in Georgia, providing a

score between 0-100 for each

school—measuring how well the

school is doing in preparing its

WHAT ARE OUR SCHOOL-WIDE GOALS? • ELA:

• Students in grades K-2 will demonstrate a minimum of one year’s growth on the DIBELS

and RI Assessments.

• Students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency on 2016-2017 GA milestones by

achieving at/above on the Georgia Milestones Assessment.

• Math:

• Students in grades K-2 will demonstrate a minimum of one year’s growth on the STAR

Math Assessment.

• Students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency on 2016-2017 GA milestones by

achieving at/above on the Georgia Milestones Assessment.

• Science: The percentage of students who demonstrate proficiency on the Georgia

Milestones Assessment will increase by 5%.

COMMUNICATION INVOLVING STUDENT ACADEMIC LEARNING AND OTHER

SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ENSURING:

– THAT PARENTS PLAY AN INTEGRAL ROLE IN ASSISTING THEIR CHILD’S LEARNING.
