Bulletin for AP Students• On exam day, you must sign that you are familiar with the information in the bulletin

• AP Schedule on the back (arrive by 7:25 and 11:30 for afternoon exams)

• AP Student Checklist on page 8• Test Security and Administration on pages 3-4

PaySchools• Go to link on FHS Guidance and Counseling Web page

• Payschools Online Payment for AP Fees• Note: You must log on and register as a user to pay your AP Test fees online.

Make sure your grade level is accurate.

• Payschools - Standard Fee $98.00 an exam (Preferred method)This fee is based on individuals who do not qualify for government assistance based on documents submitted to the LPS Food Services Program.

• Free/Reduced Lunch Fee (No cost for our students)Reduced fee is based on individuals who qualify for Reduced Lunches based on documents submitted to the LPS Food Services Program. A paper registration form must be completed and returned to the Guidance Office.

Paper registration forms are also available for students paying with check, cash or money order.

• Create your account profile if you do not have one already• If you do have an account update your grade level

Registration dates are firm!

There may be a late fee for ordering after February 28.

•Registration deadline is February 28. See Mr. Ferrell or Mrs. Williams for extenuating circumstances.

Refunds

• REFUNDS – If you register for exams and cancel on or before March 11th, you will receive a partial refund.

• If you are free/reduced lunch and do not take the test, you will owe a $15 Returned Exam Fee.

Getting ready for exam day...• Refer to p. 5 of the AP Bulletin and the handout you received during the presentation.

• DO NOT BRING YOUR CELL PHONE TO THE EXAM ROOM ON THE DAY OF TESTING. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

Pre ID Session• Useful for reducing time in the testing room by at least 30 minutes

• Every student must Pre ID to save time

• Sessions will be completed during the school day
