Successful DRRM System does not rest with the NDRRMC and the Government alone. It calls for the proactive cooperation of the entire nation, to include the continuous participation of the civil society organizations, private sector… we need to act as one. We need to continue our commitment for reforms and increase the awareness of the public on DRR to ensure positive outcomes
