contractors for certain projects: Within a UW building that is used directly for
critical patient care or highly specialized medical research; and
Estimated cost is $5 million or less Authority established in 2010
Expires June 30, 2015 unless reauthorized by Legislature

Publish a notice annually to solicit contractor qualifications Solicitations must include evaluation criteria

Make an effort to solicit proposals from certified minority or certified woman-owned contractors
Establish committee to evaluate contractors submitting qualifications
