The purpose of the St Claude Arts, Culture, and

Entertainment District is to encourage the

development of a fully integrated, mixed use,

pedestrian-oriented historic commercial corridor

which promotes both standard uses in Design

Development Districts and specific arts, culture,

and entertainment uses.

Additional Uses On Top of Base Zoning Allowances:

• art community • art gallery • art market • art studio • bars • community center • cultural facility • farmer’s market • food truck lots • live music venues • live entertainment as a secondary use • micro-breweries • micro-distilleries • pop-up markets • professional services

• public market • reception facility• restaurant• retail goods

establishment • shared parking lots • theatres

Prohibited Uses Superseding Base

Zoning:

• adult oriented businesses• automotive oriented• check cashing

establishments• gambling facilities• pawn shops• tattoo parlors

Old Arabi Residential District Overlays (RDO)(Mehle Avenue | Friscoville Avenue)

The purpose of the Residential

District Overlay (RDO) is to permit,

through conditional use, small

neighborhood business uses in

residential zone districts.
