death in the following situation The primary leading symptom (left most term) does not have the outcome

deathConsequences Missed death case if retrieval done on case level outcome Outcome is not fatal in line-listingsAction For all fatal cases check the case level outcome is correctly populated Correct the case level outcome if incorrect, save the case, close and reopen to

ensure correction is saved.
