CAIP (Canadian Athlete Insurance Program)• CAIP is a sporting injury insurance plan. It covers both sport

related injuries and overuse.

• Athletes are responsible for tracking their CAIP policy expiry date and the number of physiotherapy/massage sessions that they have used

Facility Reimbursement • $200 reimbursement towards a fitness membership for

athletes living further than 50km from one of CSIO’s facilities (Scarborough, Milton, York, London)

Renewal and Decarded

Renewal

• You will receive a notification when your account is up for renewal

• You will be invited to re-confirm your information and sign our waiver forms

• It is important that you renew on time; if you do not renew before the due date, access to services and facility will be temporarily suspended

De-carded and Retired Athletes

• Athletes no longer carded (de-carded or retired) can continue to access CSIO TPASC during S&C Open Hours for 1-year post carding

• Athletes no longer carded (de-carded or retired) can submit receipts for fitness reimbursement for 1-year post carding
