Library and Information Services

Each SCD Member Institution has an individual library which supports the educational requirements of students and staff by providing accessible information in the form of books, journals, databases, and other electronic resources. However, the individual libraries also work together and students can access any SCD library via a common web portal via the SCD website: http://scd.edu.au/about/libraries-2/ Students and staff can also arrange to borrow items from any SCD library through reciprocal borrowing arrangements. Students wishing to borrow items from other SCD libraries should contact their home college librarian to obtain a reciprocal borrowing form.

Students studying by distance can arrange to borrow from any SCD library by sending the completed form and photocopy of their student ID to the library from which they wish to borrow.
