What is it?

•Model space is the drawing environment in which you create the geometry for your model.

•Paper space represents the paper representation of your model as it will be plotted.

Locating Base / From AutoCAD

What is it?

Generates the base view of a model created in model space from which all other views are derived.

Projects the Current model view orientation from Model space into Paper Space.

In Paper space pick the first location for your Front view. Continue to select the next 4 view locations to complete the layout orthographically.

In Model Space we will utilize the Presspull command from our first lesson and increase the center lug height by (1.00”).

What is it?

The Auto Update tool updates Layout drawing views, including the dimension when the Solid model is changed.
