Composition: 40% Malbec - 40% Cabernet Sauvignon - 20% Cabernet Franc.

Vineyards: Finca Alcuchú. Maipú. Mendoza Main characteristics: This blend is a full bodied red wine, of intense ruby-purple color and deep aromas of ripe plum and berries. In the mouth, it has layers of ripe black fruits and cocoa. It is very well balanced with supple tannins and long, pleasant finish.

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting Transport by cases Desteming and soft crushing Classical fermentation with natives yeasts Pumping over. Long maceration Hydraulic pressing. Controlled natural fermentation wit h selected yeasts. Auto-clarifying racking Ageing in new French oak barrels for 12 months Bottling Labeling Outlay Technical information: Alcohol: 14% Total acidity: 4.26 pH: 3.8 Wine pairing: full-flavored foods and barbecued meats.

Ideal Drinking temperature: 18°
