To Begin Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad

Search for “b4 u start”. Make sure to select the lite (free) version.

Once downloaded tap “Open” to begin using the app.

Tap “Profile to set up your account information.

Enter your supervisor’s email address here

To begin a checklist tap “B4 U Start Checklist”

Add the Location (jobsite), and the task

Add Work Order Number here

Tap “Continue” to begin checklist

Read each question and select the best answer. You may also attach notes or a photo to any answer by tapping the icons below the question.

Next you will be prompted to address any questions that required further controls or actions to mitigate the hazard.

Once the checklist is complete, and all controls are specified, sign to acknowledge responsibility.

Tap “Next Signature”, and have each additional crewmember sign as well.

Tap “Continue” once all signatures are completed

At this point an ad will come up, simply tap the red “x” to close it.

You will then be presented with the full report generated form your answers.

Tap “Option” then select “email” to send this report to your supervisor

When you tap “Send” the report will be sent to your supervisor.
