Varieties: 60% Garnacha - 40% Syrah

Climate and Soil type: Continental climate (dry summers and cold

winters). Slaty and siltstones soils. Mountainous area with altitudes

from 800 to 1000 m.

Vineyard details: Garnacha: Vineyards 50 – 80 years old. In gobelet

training system with natural drainage and an average yield of

3000 kg/ha - Syrah: 20 years old, in espalier training system and an

average yield of 5000 kg/ha.

Harvesting time: Garnacha: last week of October / Syrah: first and

second week of October

Fermentation Details: Garnacha: In cement tanks. Syrah:stainless

steel tanks.

For 20 to 30 days at a temperature of 24ºC - 28ºC. Postfermentative

maceration.

Ageing in barrels: 12 months in american and french barrels.

pH and Acidity: 3,59 / 5,2 g/l H2T

Alcohol % stated on label: 15% Vol.

Residual Sugar: 2,6 g/l

Closure type: Natural cork

Tasting notes: Ruby red colour with light, brick red hues. Natural and

complex bouquets, a mixture of fruity aromas and delicately spiced

bouquets of vanilla and liquorice. Toasted aromas recall those of

coffee and licorice. The first taste leaves all its structure and glycerine

content on the palate. Balanced, fleshy and well-structured in the

mouth.
