Why Communication?
• Share a common and smooth platform to disseminate information as well as communicate values, messages and achievements to all stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and skeptics while inducing change of behavior.

• “Marking” refers to applying graphic identities or logos to program materials to visibly acknowledge contributions
