that Pentagon Boulevard is designated as a “heavily traveled street”– Posted speed limit is 40 m.p.h.– Traffic Study conducted in 2006

transit stop locations citing the following concerns:– Safety of passengers and pedestrians– Limit the impact on the adjoining Planned Unit
