SPIRAL 4
Game Objective: Design a remote-controlled robot and execution strategy to retrieve aircraft sub-assemblies, assemble aircraft, and deliver completed products to the customer.
Game Theme: Apply LEAN manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., storage racks, point of use fixtures, etc.) to eliminate waste and accelerate production to satisfy the growing demand for commercial and general aviation aircraft. BEST Engineers believe that part of the solution will be based upon factory automation and by streamlining existing processes.
Current : Spiral 4 Demo Robot ( Prototype for Spiral 5)
