BOXMARK offers the entire value chain starting from Research & Development to design and leather manufacturing down to leather interior ready for use.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENTWith its research and development centre BOXMARK has for decades been playing a crucial role in the leather industry. Now BOXMARK is recognized as a development partner also in the aircraft industry. In cooperation with the industrial sector, customer and market-oriented innovative products as well as state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies are developed.

DESIGNThe process of the conscious design and coloring of a product which lives up both to the aesthetics, usefulness and functionality of the manufactured item is a great challenge that BOXMARK faces every day. In addition, BOXMARK cooperates with recognized external designers (e.g. Jacques Pierrejean). On the basis of its existing know-how and technical facilities, BOXMARK is able to create not only leather interior on the highest level but also foam models and perform foam reconstructions.

LEATHER - MANUFACTURINGEuropean bull hides are processed to become finest full-grain leather. The environmentally-friendly vegetable tanning does away with the use of chromium. The highest customer expectations are met with our customer-specific surface finish. During the entire produc-tion process staff with year-long experience checks the individual natural leather structure. The finished leather is processed further at BOXMARK or dispatched to our customers as whole leather hides.

BOXMARK – AIRCRAFT LEATHERS

Cabin interior for the aviation industry has to be particularly hard-wearing and comfortable. Our high-quality products offer both; they conform to standards and add a particular charm, coupled with great durability and excellent hygienic properties. BOXMARK is also an experienced supplier of flame-retarding equipped leather providing any common fire resistance specification worldwide.

DUKE: DUKE, which is offered in 72 colors, is a smooth and pigmented bull hide leather with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.2 mm. The even and finely structured surface gives this leather an elegant and warm ambience.

BARON: BARON is a genuine full grain leather with a natural enhanced grain pattern available in 33 different colors. The leather feels very soft which makes it specially applicable for VIP and Business Jet solutions.

ROYAL: ROYAL is available in 57 different colors and with hundreds of structural embossments. The natural beauty and excel-lent durability of this leather is captivating.

XTREME: XTREME is offered in two surface textures (embossed and smooth). It´s a hard-wearing leather with excellent resistance values. The embossed version is available in 57 colors the smooth leather in 72.
