Watercolor Birds StepsNotice the many unique styles of the following artworks!!
Step 1• 1. Use a 12x18 inch paper, ruler, and 6H paper to make a grid. Mark
out 3in sections.
Step 2• 2. Use your 6H pencil and gridded photograph to transfer the contour
lines of your bird to your large grid.
Step 3• Draw all contour lines of the bird and its surroundings.
• Go back and put in details like the eye, beak, and feathers. Do not color, just draw contour lines.
• After your drawing is laid out, use sharpie to begin value techniques.
