Manage Service Books

On the device press blackberry button and choose Options

On the Options menu choose Advanced Options

in the Advanced Options choose Service Book

You will see all your service books

To open any service book just press on it

Open the service book to see the Service Record. Here you can check UID, CID, Gateway IP

On the device, while inside the Service Book screen hold alt key and press S B E B to enable Legacy SB Restore

Hold alt key

Press S then B then E then B

Release alt key

A message should notify the Enable

Open Desktopp Manger and make sure the phone is connected. Hit Back up

Choose Custom back up option, select Service Book data type.

On the device, while inside the Service Book screen hold alt key and press S B E B to enable Legacy SB Restore

Press S then B then E then B

Release alt key

A message should notify the Enable

Open Desktopp Manger and make sure the phone is connected. Hit Restore. Choose file and Select device data and settings, Service Book
