bring you a panel of women who have broken stereotypes, boundaries and glass ceilings, helping to
build our economy and carving a path for women business owners today.

Michele L. Noel began working as a project manager in the construction industry in 1991. In 2001 she moved from Maryland and took a position as a Project Manager for a mid-size construction company in Loveland, Colorado. She has held roles in Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating and Business Development.
