FROM To indicate origin.

AT To indicate where you are in a general way .

IN To indicate where you are in a more specific way.*With means of transport we say: in a car, in a boat, in a helicopter.

These pairs of prepositions are very similar. The difference is that:

OVER / UNDER Describe a vertical relationship.

ABOVE / BELOW Describe the relative position of two things when one is higher orlower than another.
