According to the Clerk, this is the "official" BlueGem contract which allegedly wasn't signed until June 29th. The Clerk's attorney stated on the record in Court there was no contract signed on May 23rd, in spite of the fact a half million dollars was wired to BlueGem and the invoice and wire transfer receipt stated "Initial payment upon signing".
