How well do you like your body?Which do you say “yes” to? I am constantly thinking about my body

size, shape, and weight, and am constantly working to improve my body.

I would be much happier and my life would be better if I were thinner or more muscular.

I commonly skip meals to lose weight. I weight myself more than once a day. I exercise mainly to lose weight or to look

better.

How well do you like your body?Which do you say “yes” to? I completely exclude foods from one food

group in order to manage my weight. I don’t participate in sports and other

activities because I am embarrassed about my body.

I like to wear oversized clothes to hide “flaws” in my body.

I believe there are good foods and bad foods. When I see a model in a magazine I want to

look like her/him.
