Setting the Scene

Bovo-Tighe is expanding its international business, taking its Foundations of Excellence approach to human capital development into exciting new areas of the world.

In December 2011, Brooke Bovo lead a team to Western Kazakhstan to launch a new corporate relationship, running the Psychology of Achievement training module with senior executives at a corporate division HQ.

“It was challenging to adapt a training module originally developed for US business culture to reflect Kazakh cultural norms, but this first effort really turned out well,” reported Brooke.
