Scenario Considered for Emergency Declaration : Presuming thatthere was a fire due to welding sparks falling on spiral section duringshut down. Due to this, One Operator sustained burn injury.
One more operator who saw this 1 person, immediately conveyed themassage to control room.
Control room operator informed the same to Incident Controller &Emergency Controller. Immediately emergency was declared toevacuate and rescue the affected people & also to control the fireemergency.
All teams i.e. Rescue Team, Repair Team, Fire Fighting Team, FirstAid/Ambulance Team & Security Team were summoned to the site andall teams assigned to control the emergency.
